No cable but satellite is great that we have for reception. Wifi is weak unless at beach.

Don't want cable when we are camping, so can't give a good answer. I know, though, that cell phone reception was poor at campsite. Free Wi-Fi offered in beach parking lot.
There is no cable, but we have seen campers with antennas set up in the camp sites.
