Why can’t you use a gift card online. Every time I try to do it it doesn’t give me an option for gift card only debit and credit OK I may be stupid but it doesn’t quite work there

You most inter the card code if it's a Visa or a mater card,State gift card,number okif it doesn't work call customer service for help

Gift cards are some time a nightmare.its best to go to customer service to check out you purchase with gift card.they don't always work at self checkout.

Usually at checkout page it asks for promo code or gift card info. I would call the store itself
