It was so easy taking it in and giving them my claim info, which they were able to find quickly. They had my phone repaired (shattered screen) in about 2 hours. Kenny did a great job with the repair and now my phone is as good as new!! Definitely going back to them for any issues in the future. I did go through samsung care+/ asurion for the claim.

I literally just got this done, for free. Under warranty. If your phones still under 1yr manufacturer warranty they will replace your port free of charge.

If you go to the ubreakifix website you can put in your device info and what's wrong and the estimate has been pretty exact every time.
It has to be product you can bring in. Do if you take the head unit out, I'd imagine they can order and replace the screen. But you must reconnect the head unit.
Yes. I have had 3 screens fixed. They do a great job. They sell a glass cover that provides a 2 year glass breakage warranty. Great value if you break frequently.
