If the hospital does not have a helipad it should be fine, but there might be some laws I don't know. Best to ask.

To many trees and as stated the hospital pilot may not be nice...
Yes, i wouldnt go to high past the tree line though as there is a hospital very close by that uses a helicopter to airlift patients frequently
