I have found the office staff to always be courteous, friendly and always very helpful. The service people never leave a mess or any trash. The only problem is that there is no grace period. If you forget to pay, your trash will not be picked up. But even with that they have sometimes called to remind me, which I appreciate bc I get busy and sometimes just forget to pay the bill.

I guess if they had people able to answer the phone they may make more money so people can put an order in. Being on hold forever is maddening when all you want to do is place an order.
