I wanted to give this business a chance after seeing good reviews on here. Unfortunately, after an upsetting interaction l with Elle, I am not sure I can recommend this to anyone looking for an event coordinator. When I called, Meredith answered the phone and transferred me to Elle. I wanted to know her pricing for a day-of wedding coordinator. She gave me the quote of $100/hr with a minimum of 8 hours. I then asked if this includes a walkthrough within 30 days with the venue. I simply wanted to know more details, and ultimately she got frustrated with me, said something illegible, and hung up on me. I have been calling around for quotes and I have never been treated this way by anyone. If she was not interested in accepting me as a client, she could have simply come up with an excuse that she is currently busy or her schedule is full - instead of being rude and unprofessional. After she hung up, I called the main number again to be transferred to a different planner. Unfortunately, I was still transferred to Elle (who is the sole event coordinator). Not wanting to interact with her after what happened, I hung up. Now Elle will probably reply to this review to give her side of the story, or come up with an excuse, or deny that this ever happened. Whoever you choose to believe is up to you. Regardless, I hope that you will be greeted more warmly and treated more professionally than I was.

Great company to work for over the years, Super Bowl, and this time at the Formula 1 in Miami is another example working a big event with Elagant Hospitality Event . Elle and her team gets it.
