We have been customers for years now. We requested a second trash bin about 3 months ago and have been charged for this extra bin yet we still don't have the trash bin we are being charged for. My wife has called 4 separate times all with leaving voicemails with full detail and I have called 3 times and sent an email through the website and still after weeks of reaching out no response but still getting charged. I will be contacting BBB since they obviously have no desire to reply or bring us what we have been charged for and go from there. Maybe that will generate a response. UPDATE: Just called again and now it says their mailbox is full!

Been waiting on a refund since April 2022 call every week to check on my refund and all they say is that they will send it over to billing ask to speak to manager and they say they can’t transfer calls that one manager will have to call me back and never get a response on anything. And it’s just the same story every time I call that they will be sending a check over and of course haven’t received anything.

I had them miss a pickup last week and could not get them. If you go by the office in Whitehouse you can do business. Calling is a waste.

I have switched services. They stopped picking up my trash. Could not get them on the phone. I had to drive to the office in Whitehouse. By the next trash day they sent a flatbed truck to pickup. They missed the next week. Got them on the phone this time. After 5 days waiting for a pickup, I gave up. After being sold twice this company is not what it used to be.

They don’t care. I’ve been on the phone with them for over a week now 2 missed pickups they can have their can I’ve fired them as a company. Do yourself a favor go to pineywoods.

Their trucks are un safe for safety they lie about their DOT INSPECTIONS ON THEIR TRUCKS A LOT IF WORK NEEDS DONE AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM RIGHT OR TO UP DATE TO KNEW TRUCKS
