Considered cancelling weekly trash pickup service for a more affordable one (Amber's) only to find out that in the fine print when I had signed up was notice of bin return fees totaling HUNDREDS of dollars. I said I'd just bring the trash cans back to them myself. Nope, not allowed. Seems like one last exorbitant gouge for any customers on their way out. I would NOT recommend. Other services are cheaper without the exorbitant fees.

Regularly misses pick ups, about 30% of the time even though they mark them as "complete". Sometimes picks up at 5am, sometimes 2pm. Price increases over time with no notice or reason. Went from $40 a month to over $60 over the past year with no communication.
