I am having the same problem! I am trying to cancel my service but I can not even get the call to go through, and when it does the call drops!
I finally got through after 3 days of dropped or unanswered calls. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it didn't matter. I called because our trash hadn't been picked up for 2 weeks. I was assured it would be picked up the following week. It is now the following week, my trash has not been picked up, and I have now been on hold for 10 minutes.......I'm not happy.
