Didn't tell me about hidden fees. Was charged way more then what was supposed to be. Bill doesn't even add up and doesn't do a break down explaining all the extra charges!

Called this morning . Just thinking I could help my neighbor out and pay for her sofa to get picked up. Was told that's not the only problem she owes on her bill. We only been here a few months. So I don't know anyone, was just going to do a good deed that's all. Who cares if she owes she's by herself and has 3 kids. If I wanted to pay for it than I should have been able too. We had a hard time coming up with the money to get started with your company . Too put it out there it's expensive . We all have things in our lives. There's absolutely no reason I couldn't have pay for the removal of that sofa. Toni Oros

The best service I've ever received. They are always on time, they always let me know when a delay comes about beforehand and they also have friendly servicemen which I usually see in the morning on the way to work. The billing system they have is also very easy to understand, and they offer auto-pay and paperless billing. If you struggle to keep bills strait as I do, then this feature is very nice to have access too. Their website is useless. It can’t find any residential address in my entire town to get rates. And I’m not going to sit on hold for 20 minutes.
