No. That area is not really good for fishing. You might have better luck a little further up stream.

Right now, with the little amount of water that is flowing at the rocks, and even beyond the little 'damn ' there about the only thing you going to catch is a sunburn. Better luck going to Stille crossing in Koppel, or even the reservoir up by Comanche Peak.
I've seen people catch fish here but it's only if they are biting. I've seen perch and fairly decent sized bass swimming around near the spillway
