Can we camp? Are the hot springs naturally fed?

2 tent campsites I believe.

I guess we will pass since we cannot be sure when we will arrive

You can camp but you must have a prior reservation. You cannot show up like a state park. The spring is naturally fed BUT the outdoor source is a small area. The cottages have large private tubs that have the hot springs water piped in though.
