Stunningly beautiful place. Really enjoyed the soaking pools. The saltwater pool is huge and very relaxing. Super friendly staff. Easygoing atmosphere. We enjoyed the food from the little cafe. Unfortunately the sauna and Blue Heron restaurant were closed due to a power outage. We will have to come back to check it out.

I had an amazing girls trip with my sisters and mom. I cannot give enough praise to all the staff who work here, there was no one that did not go above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were able to take advantage of the daily yoga, the soaking tubs, the restaurant, puppies, and of course the spa! The grounds are well kept and relaxing. This is a wonderful place!

Money and time well spent. Looking back, we should have stayed here at least two more days to give us a total of four. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The food was consistently fresh and tasty. The breaded sliced chili 'fries' were so good, and the chili sauce that came with it was superb. I think they should sell the sauce; I would certainly buy it. The spa treatments were fantastic. The landscaping was incredible. Sadly, we missed the puppies. The only minus I can mention is that the room's AC wasn't strong enough, and the room temp wasn't as cool as we would have liked. I highly recommend this resort and plan to reserve a stay in the near future at its sister resort, Ojo Caliente. 5/5

Oh my, what a beautiful spa. The grounds are so charming although there are a number of construction projects in progress due to the recent fire. That just means we'll have to come back again soon to see what's been added. We stayed four nights in a cliff side room which included our own hot tub and access to other communal pools. The restaurant was quite reasonably priced ($10-45) and absolutely delicious. Alyssa was our waitress and did a great job. However, I did take off one star because I asked for assistance from Thomas. He was not my waiter and made it quite clear I was completely out of line when I asked for more butter. I guess I didn't need it anyway. But wait, the next day we met Luz. She was so sweet and helpful I put the star back. My wife and I are both Massage Therapists with our own thriving business and have received at least a thousand massages each. Hands down, by far, the best massage we've ever received was by Anastasia. My wife was lucky enough to have Anastasia for the Lavender Body Wrap and Hot Stone where I only had the Lavender Body Wrap by her. The other massages we had were good but as good. We will definitely be coming back.

I have only been there once and it was for a day pass on a weekday, which is somewhat of a reasonable price. The weekend price is higher and in my opinion too high. I understand the they have to recoup their costs however I also belive that they should provide some discounts for the day pass. It might generate more business which would be a win win for all.

Dear Guest, We unfortunatley are not a pet friendley resort but as long as your animal has its vest on and proper documentation they are allowed on property. Thank you!
Hello Ric, I am very sorry to hear you have had challenges reaching our reservation team. We have had an unprecedented call volume and are working to hire new agents to accommodate the flood of calls. Ojo Santa Fe does offer complimentary shuttle service between the hours of 9a - 9p to/from the Santa Fe airport, however Ojo Caliente does not. I recommend renting a car if headed up to OC. We look forward to hosting you! Please let me know if I can assist further.
Hello, The standard room rate would be the same for 1 person. We do not charge an additional amount for additional guests in the room.
Good afternoon, We unfortunately do not host weddings.
Hello, in the restaurant you can take the children. To stay at the Resort and be able to stay there is a limit of 16 years or older.
Hi Cheri, The best fit for three people is our two bedroom casita accommodation. There is a king sized bed in the main room and a double sized bed in the (smaller) second bedroom and a shared bathroom. Please note, two people would have to share a bed. The casitas are a spacious accommodation with a gas fireplace, patios and private outdoor entrances. Please contact our reservations team for more information and to make your reservation at 877-977-8212. We hope to see you soon!
