Yes, but their cafe is great, so we buy and eat there. They don't want plastic refuse that can hurt the animals, if the get into the habitats. They have reasonable and good food. Buy a drink in one of their mugs and it is refillable as many times as you desire.

Yes you can! They have areas to dine such as a kinda bar where you can watch some of the large tortoises. They also have color changing cups which if you visit again you can bring it with you to refill! And no, you don't have to pay to refill!
Yes you can. But they have a great food court. They have drinks, hot dogs,hamburger, great philly steak sandwich.
I didn't see any signs prohibiting outside food/drink. They don't give out excess plastic (straws/drink lids). Presumably because they're trying to save the animals, not choke them.
I recommend bringing a small cooler. Two large icees were $18
