We are so glad we chose The White Room as our wedding venue. The staff was so accommodating and answered all of our questions. They were all very responsive. Giselle was assigned to us and she was amazing! She made the process very smooth and easy. The staff did a great job the day of the wedding as well. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and thought it was in the perfect location. We had our ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom. They did a great job switching the rooms during cocktail hour. So happy with our choice and how easy the process was using this venue. Highly recommend!

A-MAZ-ING! We hosted our wedding at The White Room in June and from start to finish we were blown away. If we could give this 6 stars we would! Firstly, Sarah and Alan were absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process and the day of. We could not have been in better hands... thank you!!! Simply put, this venue is stunning. We held our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and our reception at the Rooftop and Loft. Guests arrived through the lovely courtyard and were welcomed to Prosecco Pops (highly recommend!). Cocktail Hour took place on the rooftop (a real highlight in itself) with his/hers cocktails and hors d-oeuvres and, despite a quick downpour which ruined our live musician's equipment, Sarah, Alan and team were incredible. They were able to delay dinner slightly to ensure we were able to enjoy the musician and rooftop for the full hour. All day and night they could not do enough to ensure that we and our guests had everything we needed. We decided to set up corn hole up in one corner and hire a live cigar roller out on the rooftop which went down very well with our guests. We also had a coffee and lemonade station inside with a photo booth which was awesome. Dinner took place in the loft. We opted for Action Stations (Shrimp & Grits, Beef Carving Station, Veg and Squash Pasta), which ended up being the right decision. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was! This was followed by ice cream and donut holes + late night snacks. We extended the reception an hour to 11:30 and that ended up being the right decision given the rain delay earlier in the night. We knew that the wedding would be amazing but it exceeded even our own high expectations and a number of guests genuinely commented that we have ruined weddings for them now as nothing will ever measure up. I wish we could do it all again!!!! ** PS - we also held our Rehearsal Dinner at OC Whites and welcome drinks at The Chatsworth Pub - both very close to the venue (same owners as White Room) and both equally impressive.

We did the rooftop venue & it was absolutely beautiful. Giselle & Allen assisted us and made the final details very easy. People seemed to enjoy the food & had a wonderful time. Only negatives were that the bartenders had a tip jar which we were assured they wouldn't, but when we brought it to their attention it was put away. Also, my cake topper was never added

As a wedding vendor who frequents The White Room, I have to say they are top of the line. When a bride tells me they are holding their wedding at this beautiful venue, I immediately tell them they are in great hands. Organized and timely with the friendliest most helpful staff, this venue is a gem of a location in Saint Augustine.

I recommend the Pirate Haus Inn, which is more of a b&b, but super affordable!
Hi Eileen, The health and safety of our guests are a priority at The White Room! All of our staff and vendors are required to wear face masks at all times. Guests' temperatures are taken at arrival before entering and hand sanitizer is available throughout the venues at all entrances and exits. All high surface areas are deep cleaned between events. Masks are recommended for guests, but it is at their own discretion to wear them. We are staying on top of and following all local government and state guidelines. We hope this helps! Please visit our instagram, @whiteroomweddings, to see our latest health and safety measures we are taking with each wedding and event we host! Kindly, The White Room Team
Yes there is an elevator. Multiple actually.
Google Maps will show you several public parking lots within walking distance. As other guide mentioned, on weekends and holidays a ride-share like Uber or Lyft may be a better alternative.
Hilton is walking distance, you won't find any hotels on the beach though, but all are right across the street
Yes. While we were there the lower room was rented for another event, but we had the whole upstairs.
There is one handicapped spot on the street directly in front of LaVilla Blanca. If you are going there for a tasting or tour you can park at O.C. Whites.
No. You will need to book the venue to have any type of event there.
