The team at the Lightner Museum (we worked mostly with Bailey) was absolutely amazing!! Bailey worked closely with me and my wedding coordinator to ensure that the entire day ran smoothly. She was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had about the day. The Lightner Museum is the most amazing, unique venue and all of our guests were blown away by the architecture and history. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many great photo opportunities. I wish I could do it all over again with their team!!

My husband and I were married on Sunday February 6, 2022. Our day was perfect, everything a bride and groom could ever want out of their wedding day. We utilized their Sunday Intimate wedding package for 100 people. This was a mostly inclusive package that included an open bar, catering, basic decor, a DJ, wedding cake, day of coordination, and day of staffing. This was a great deal to us as is, however we still ended up upgrading almost everything. They have lots of bonus packages to take advantage of as well, like the Luxe Package, which we did end up using! It was also well worth it, in our opinion. From the first time we met with Lexi (who was AWESOME and truly a big factor in us booking the venue) we knew The Lightner was the place we wanted to get married at. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Alex, our day of staff member, was also great to work with. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable, kind, and fun. Their selection of vendors is also top notch. There is definitely a reason to go with their preferences and they all work closely to ensure your day goes as planned. We had *one* minor hiccup on day of that truly was no big deal and had to do with the catering. Both my husband and I wish we could have our wedding over each and every weekend at The Lightner and it was such a fun experience that the staff only enhanced. The event team also sent us a special package after the wedding that included really cute champagne glasses. We can’t wait to use those on our anniversary 💕

Best Venue & Event Team Ever!!! My (now) husband and I were married last month at the Lightner Museum and it was far beyond our expectations! The venue itself is beautiful with a rich history and has a million places for breathtaking photos. The event team with the Lightner is absolutely amazing and waked us through everything - our event coordinator, Jamie, was everything we needed, always had an answer for my questions and had a smile every time I saw her! Look no further for a perfect wedding venue!

Does Lightner Museum Offer Conference rooms for business meetings?

Hi Katie! Thank you for your question! The venue spaces at the Lightner Museum are more suitable for weddings, social events, and corporate parties, but not typically business meetings.

Where do you park all of your guests or do they walk arriving with blistered bloody feet and veeeery late I might add!!??!!

Great question about parking! We are very fortunate to be in the heart of downtown and located near many of the accommodations that guests stay at while visiting for weddings. And while we do not have a private parking lot, we have two large public parking lots adjacent to the building with free parking after 5 PM Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays and holidays. Also, if you reach out to our Events Team we can share information about private lots located within two to three blocks of the Museum! We want to make sure guest can arrive on time with happy feet - so we also begin seating at ceremonies 30 minutes prior to start time!
