I haven’t been to many ranges but I was expecting a lot more for the high reviews. The guy who checked us in was really nice and professional but for $20, I would at least expect to have something to attach a target to. There were also a lot of empty casings all over the place like it hadn’t been cleaned up in days. Just didn’t live up to the reviews in my opinion.

The absolute best way to spend an afternoon! Scott and Rick are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and down right entertaining. They make everyone feel at ease and answer all your questions in detail. You can tell they are the perfect power team for making sure you leave that range completely comfortable even if you are entirely a beginner. For me this course was so valuable. They actually let you put your hands on several pistols and ACTUALLY shoot them so now I have a way better idea of what guns I am partial to when it is time for me to make that purchase. The experience just makes sense to be an informed consumer. I'm also now familiar with my local gun range and plan to become a member to sharpen my skills. These guys had me looking like a pro by the end haha. I think a found that new hobbie I've been looking for 😉

I can only comment on the 100yd and 200yd range. My first and only time coming to Saltwaters. No signage on where to go or who to see. Extremely packed but that is normal for a Saturday. The guys in the little trailer where you sign your waiver and pay were cool and informative. The place in general could be cool if you dont get nervous after your first 10 minutes of being at your table. You'll have everyone from the 20 year range vet to the newest guy who just bought his first AR. Safety was my only problem. People just kept the muzzle straight out while turning to walk out of their station. Not straight up or to the ground. A few "regulars" (I would assume because they had their system and how they conducted themselve) constantly wanted to go cold range after each magazine they used so that was a little irritating. One range master who kept riding by on the side by side has quite the attitude problem. If you absolutely HAVE to get the jitters out and shoot, you can come here. There are just calmer and safer places available.

I do not think they offer any type of training in archery or shooting classes.
Yes they allow it on the 100/200 yard range.
No, we do not rent rifles, pistols or archery equipment.
Yes, please checkout our website too. Lot of valuable information there. Here's an excerpt from the first section: "About Us - Saltwaters Shooting Club offers you an incredible range of outdoor sporting areas for the ultimate shooting experience. We are open to the public - just pay a daily range usage fee. See the pricing table below for more info. We do not rent rifles, pistols, or archery equipment, you must bring your own. $20 for the range. The skeet deal is confusing so good luck on that
You can set out your own target for zeroing at any distance on the 100/200 yard range when the range is "cold" they allow you to walk out and make any adjustments needed to the target.
Yes on the 100/200 yard range they allow it.
I think you can rent a shotgun for sporting clay, the Range Security Officer might have a training pistol, but mostly bring your own.
No, you do not to be a member to use any of our services. Please take a look at our website for more information including services, pricing, range rules, videos, etc. www.saltwatersshootingclub.com
You can bring whatever you like. They don't rent stuff. They don't even sell targets. They do have steel targets in some areas.

As of now its pay as u go there is no membership needed.
At this time they do not have membership u pay by the day when u go there.
As long as there is an adult with them should not be a problem as long as they can handle a firearm safety.
We DONT rent rifles or pistols but we DO rent shotguns for shooting clays.
