This place is amazing! Firstly, I've never seen the albino crocodile before. Secondly, I've never seen so many alligators and crocodiles in My life. Everything was so cool and interesting. The one tiny thing that I didn't like was the waiting time to get an ice cream. I've spent almost 40 minutes in the line. And the restroom it's too small for the amount of people that were there at the time. Next time I would definitely try the zip line.

Really awesome park! They did a wonderful job making every inch of the place interesting. The plants and greenery are outstanding and the exhibits are informative. I really think its great for all ages and very family friendly. We had a really fantastic visit.

Awesome experience seeing all of the alligators and crocodiles. The birds were amazing as well as the Galapagos turtles. Many fun facts posted all over the park and much to learn. All age groups, spend hours there, food, see feedings for the animals, wheel chair assess, play ground ares for kids. I would love to go on a field trip if I lived closer. Enjoy!

This alligator farm is an amazing experience. You get to get real up close with the alligators and they have so many of them! The layout is great, with a bridge going over the alligators. There's even feeding machines throughout so that you can feed them, but you'll need quarters. The park also has several other animals as well like lemurs, parrots, vultures, and other reptiles. The shows that they have on the hour are entertaining and informative. I've been here twice now and I'll definitely be going again in the future.

We went today and we were told that for the month of September, Florida residents had a 50% discount. So I ended up paying $26 for myself, hubby, and 3 year old.
$26 for adults, $16 for kids 3-11. They do offer AAA and military discounts.
20$ per adult and 15$ kids. St. John county residents get a % off also if you have tripple A you will get a discount. As far different animals the person above gave a really good description.
You can buy at the doo r.
Maybe you can find some here: https://www.localflavor.com/st-augustine-alligator-farm-zoological-park/30-off-up-to-6-guests5731
Morning when it is the coolest part of the Day.
Thank you everyone! We have animal encounters, a Behind the scenes tour, and Zipline adventure. Be sure to check the website and make reservations ahead of time. The Rainforest Sloth Encounter is booked up months in advance, so check on your dates soon. Plus we have a winter zoo camp for kids Dec 30-Jan3. Safe travels!
As was mentioned, a lot of it is walking around to the different shows and displays. The part I liked was if you really enjoyed something, you can go back to it. A few of the shows repeat. My Granddaughter enjoyed the fossil dig, where they found a complete skeleton. She also liked the bird show and touching the alligator, you close and personal. This park is really low key, and low impact, especially on the wallet. They have a children's playground, to allow the adults to rest.
There's definitely daily deals, not sure about the specifics...
I think so. May need.to call the office to confirm.
Not sure, sorry for your situation.
The ziplining is above the parking lot and above the gators. Yes you have to reserve in advance for a seperate price from admission. It is $65 a person. Hope this helped!
I don't know. When I was there I didn't hear that.
I think its $10-12 with discount for adults..
Only registered service dogs allowed. (I asked at the help desk, and it's for the safety of your pet, the reptiles, and people around you.)
Zipline is separate from the zoo.
The entire zoo is still open when it rains and we have some indoor or covered spaces and buildings.
They have a small zip line and a larger one called the 3 Nile, we usually do 3 Nile and it's about 65$ a person
Not sure but we went to the Welcome Center in St Augustine and got a discount on Ripleys as well as the Alligator farm and Zip lining. We saved $10 a ticket buying them there.
No. There are ziplines but no water features.
They feed different animals at different times throughout the day everyday. So there's always someone eating LOL. I saw four feedings in one visit today.
Technically Jacksonville is probably the closest or the airport in Daytona Beach. Orlando is in center ofnFL and further south than Daytona
We have picnic tables in our nature walk area, near the gravel parking lot and giant Alligator Army truck. You’re welcome to bring snacks and reusable drink cups inside for them, but we discourage large food bags or coolers inside the park. We have picnic tables in the Kid Zone, as well.
Hello! 8 years old is the minimum age. For more information, check out our website and follow the link to the Rules & Wavier/Release: https://www.alligatorfarm.com/crocodile-crossing/
Hello! We’ve had quite a few large alligators and crocodiles over the years. Gomek was a large Saltwater crocodile and was with us from 1989-1997, and Maximo (also a Saltwater crocodile) has been with us since 2003.
Yes babies r free
Hello! Here's the link to our admissions page on our website: https://shop.alligatorfarm.com/#/Admission Enjoy your visit!
They give military discounts. Most everyone down there does.
And it is. Website says 365 days a year. Yes. Website says it is open 365 days a year.
Not sure..look up their website. Hours are posted on there.
The Sloth Exhibit is on display near our center enclosure of large alligators. The best days to see the Sloths are rainy days. We do offer a Rainforest (Sloth) Encounter, to go inside their exhibit and get photos with them, and usually you can feed and touch them. That’s not guaranteed. Those encounters are booked months in advance, at this time, and registration is available on our website under Buy Tickets.
They were late opening up Thursday due to a few down limbs, but they are good to go now.

The have a zip line? They do have a phone...
I dont remember it saying anything but I brought in a backpack and nothing was said. But they stamp your hand and you can reenter
No, I would not think this would be a wise thing to do, even if they did let you.
They do feedings at noon and three, but I'm not sure if it's always with Maximo or not. Information obtained from https://www.alligatorfarm.com/wildlife-shows/#
There is a park across the street also the beach access is across the street about one tenth of a mile to the right of the park.
I'm not sure. I know the Jacksonville Zoo membership gave a discount to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm.
It was 25.99 for adults and 12.99 for children when I went yesterday. They did not have a fl. resident discount. The only discounts they offered were for military, AAA, and saint John's county residents only.
You have a discount if you live in the area or zipcode if you are in the military or you have triple AAA.
I ended up visiting it and they in fact do have a spot where you can hold a baby gator or pay 60 to get a picture taken with a big one
They ask lots of questions about discounts. AAA too. Very good customer service in that regards.
Don't forget to use one of the many coupons you can get from most hotels and guide books for extra few dollars off.
They will be open 9-5 on Christmas day. https://www.oldcity.com/open-on-christmas-in-st-augustine/
Never very crowded except in the summer, it's like $24 for adults and $14 for kids I think
Not sure of exact prices, but they do have 2 different packages.
Go to this website http://www.fldoe.org/teaching/just-for-teachers-community/just-for-teachers-discounts.stml
Alligator or crocodile? Alligator 10 ft. Crocodile 12 ft
I believe they did but I'd call and make sure ahead of time.
About an hour. Made the trip yesterday!
They do have a military discount... I think it is 25%
There are wheelchairs for visitor use once you enter the park. There are lots of ramps and extra wide walkways. There is also handicap parking spaces.
About 3 hours but depending on kids being involved in the animals and exhibits it could take longer
Why the eff do so many people reply with I don't know? Jeeze. The park never closes for rain, if you go, and it rains, they will give a literal "rain check" in admissions. They will give you a voucher for one free readmission.
There is only one komoto dragon and you dont have to see it if you dont want to
No! This is a serious place for the study of reptiles in general and crockatilions in general.
Alligator farm and zoo is absolutely magnificent with all the many wading birds nesting throughout the rookery, close enough to touch, but I wouldn't dare upset those industrious Mom's, Dad's, and anywhere from beautiful blue eggs to gawky huge adolescent birds overstaying their welcome in the nest. I go every Spring, a sight, sound, and experience to behold.
The place usually is only ever filled with less than 50 people at a time, don't worry
One feeding was at 1pm. The crowd gathers and the gators gather as well. Very exciting.
It is a very nice day trip, clean, friendly staff and not overly crowded. Well worth the admission price.
Yes they do both military and senior citizen discounts. I believe they are 10%.
Yes but cant see going more than once a year honestly. There are to many other places to see gators and snakes in FL
Service animals would be allowed, but I would definitely be concerned about the animal's natural instincts interfering with its job when being placed in a situation surrounded by predators. Definitely not a place to bring your pet for a good time.
Take 25 cents coins and buy gators "cereals" on the boardwalk:)
Yes, as well as accessible restrooms and doorways.
They do. Annual membership prices vary slightly seasonally. A Family Membership is around $100 for 2 named adults and their named children. The Alligator Farm participates in the AZ Reciprocity program. Membership offers other discounts as well.
Parrots, toucans, there are a ton all over the park. Check their website for all of the animals they have.
Besides the demonstration feeding with specific hours, there are some vending machine for alligator food ($0.25), so you can feed them anytime.
The Alligator Farm offers a Military discount regularly. St. Johns County residents also receive a discount. The Alligator Farm is community minded and regularly participates community discount programs (St. Augustine in August, etc).
Adult $9/$10 member/nonmember; children ages 2-11 $7/$8 member/ nonmember
Children 3-11 $12.99 adults(12-and older) $23.99
The city of St Augustine is about 40 miles south of Jacksonville. The alligator farm is in the island called Anastasia which is where St Augustine Beach is.
