There is a food machine to get food for only $0.25 to feed the alligator and also ducks. There is also feed time that you can watch when staffs feed alligators. When i was there, feed time was at 5pm
You can feed them alligator food available for $0.25. Also you can see the actual feeding by farm people at noon and 3 pm. You can check in the gift center for location of feeding that day.

How awesome would that be!?!? Sadly, the answer is no. You can't feed them . The staff does and when they do they feed them nutritional pellets that are formulated to keep them healthy but for entertainment value they give them dead rats. They love their dead rat.
They have machines that you can insert a quarter, get food, and toss it into the pits. Fun to do and see the alligators eat.
