From November 1st to April 1st the monthly rate is $950.00. Unfortunately we do not have monthly sites available.
I don't think there is an annual rate. I was told they don't even have a a monthly rate during peak season (May - Sept). The best rate we were able to find is their weekly rate, which is pay for 6 days, get the seventh free.
