There are a lot of stairs to get into stores. Most of it is dirt paths. It's a lot of walking around. If you bring someone to help you, it should be ok
Some parts are although it's mainly on trails and has some hills.

They have parking available and accessible locations are easy in some areas, tricky in others because of rocks and tree roots. I've seen many people using canes, walkers and wheelchairs. Every able body is friendly and willing to assist anyone in need! Highly recommend the SF festival.
It's mostly sandy dirt paths, as long as you're comfortable navigating on those it should be okay. I don't know if all the buildings are accessible though.
Almost all wide flat paths or slught inclines, wheelchair with a friend would be fine.
I've seen scooters there. I've seen people with a walking boot and knee scooters get around. Not sure about walkers though
Yes... but it is a lot of walking if u go around the whole thing, just know it's a bit of walking

They try hard but it has a hill in the middle. Upgraded paths with crushed granite this year 2022 which should really help with wheeled scooters and chairs.
