Bare root...and expect to be disappointed.
I bought 4 silver leaf maple. Planted as directed, water daily because it is so hot and dry here in PC, Fl. Mine have leaves and doing great! We finally got rain and I can cut back on the watering! Thanks Ty Ty Nursery!
All trees have to be shipped bare root. (They do come securely wrapped, with a generous supply of moisture crystals to keep them fresh, which I always use with my soil mixtures when I plant anything.) Agriculture departments across the country require this bare root shipping because of potential insect/bacteria contamination in soils. I have purchased bulbs, vines, shrubs and trees from TyTy over the last ten years. They have stood by their warranties 100% on the three items which needed replacement. I just planted two pecan trees and two more muscadine grape vines and they're already leafed out and growing well.
My pecan trees came bare roots, keep them in soil and moist
My two pecan trees came bare root and were well wrapped and moist for the trip.
My peach tree came bare root.
Bare root. I ordered mimosa trees last year. They are shipped in their dormant state.
