My partner brought part of our storm door to the location at 1325 Rt. 22 in Phillipsburg NJ. The glass had shattered in the top half of the door (our fault) and he wanted new glass installed. The employees broke the frame of the door while trying to install the new plexiglass. First they tried to repair the frame with BLUE TAPE and send him on his way. When he refused, they gave him no other options other than purchasing an entirely new storm door with only a 5% discount. Will never recommend this location or shop there again.

The store is well laid out and the staff are very courteous. My online order was ready and I was helped with loading it into my vehicle. Pretty much everything you need for your home or garden project can be found here. Signage is clear and, if you can't find what you're looking for, the staff will usually get you sorted out quickly.

Wow! Looked at stock at several locations and the plants here are in far better condition. The care taken is obvious. Also, pricing is right in line with other retailers. I observed staff actually assisting other people and the info given was very acurate!

Right before Covid, my wife and I bought blinds from lowes. It took us until last week to install them. I found out that each package had a different number of blinds. It turns out we were shorted 4 blinds in one package and 3 in another. Then, last night on my way home, I stopped at the Philipsburg Lowes to get two more packs to finish up the current project and have some spare for breakage. I just opened a package to find someone had cut the blinds with a saw. I'm tired of getting ripped off!!!
