I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The customer service is so bad. The are unfriendly and apathetic at best. Ordered mimosa tree, blueberry and pineapple lily. Nothing has grown. My plant app shows the tree is dead and the others have fungus. Nothing else in my yard has a fungus only these 2. My emails were never answered and now I have a new address. I purchased a vibrant blueberry at last cal nursery with berries for half this price. What a rip off. Save your money.

I am very happy with my purchases, ordered a Mystic Mulberry and two grape Vines. The bare root shipping, newspaper, double layer wrap was just as good as any I've ordered. The moist beads did the trick. I've seen mixed reviews, sometimes though when ordering plants timing is key for dormant plants, avoid the growing season, IMHO and order late winter to just before spring. I've ordered again, this time going for a large jujube to see how that goes. Cheers

The biggest joke of insurance for a year! I repeatedly contacted them and sent pictures and copy of my receipt. They would not respond or ever honor their insurance. I bought a lot of plants and had many so great but all my berries never sprouted or showed any sign of life. I’m just disappointed they don’t honor what they “supposedly” offer. I figure it is a way to get people to buy then they just ghost you so they never follow through.

Better than Promised! I ordered 8 Guava Pineapple 4'-5' bushes/trees. Really nervous about the order as TyTy didn't have any pics to show me, and customer service isn't very helpful. (I called again and again until I spoke to someone who was very knowledgeable about the plants -- just call and call until you get a hold of the right person there to help you.) They arrived a day early. Well packed in a box with shredded paper, roots without dirt and bundled together. (Be sure to read planting directions.) These bushes were all AT LEAST 5' tall! (My husband in pic is 6'3".) In great shape and at a HUGE cost savings compared to smaller guava pineapple available locally. I will order more landscaping plants from them in the future.

Bare root...and expect to be disappointed.
Credit card charge back may be the way to go. Send them an email asking for a refund so you have a paper trail. If you don't get an answer within a few days, contact your credit card company to initiate a charge back and you'll get your money back.

I have never had the pleasure to grow or have cherry tree's. Only roses which I covered during frost.
The southeast has too much humidity for most varieties of grapes, but muscadines are native to the southeast.
You can or you can go ahead and order them and schedule a spring shipment at checkout. Whichever if your preference. I would recommended call us toll free 888-758-2252 if you want to schedule for a spring shipment.
The other one was a Dersirable Pecan Tree. They are all grafted trees, not seed grown trees.
