Lack of customer service. The owner of the business very unprofessional, she said that she got as many customers as she wants, so if one is treated unprofessional by her she is ok with that. Also getting tired if you ask too many questions about a tree that we pay $ on it, and of course she adds that she take you in the golf cart in the nursery to get your tree…it is a luxury because they use golf carts… how disrespectful… Rushing customers is a not a solution young lady!!!

Not impressed with customer service at all! We bought 3 small shrubs and they all died very quickly. We went back to ask about refund or discount. She was not very friendly and told us they do not guarantee any of their small plants. Will not be going back if they can not guarantee quality or even offer any discount.

Friendly, helpful staff, amazing customer service, and gorgeous, healthy plants and trees. We bought a 13 ft Sylvester Palm from them, and they did a flawless install. It is the centerpiece of the front lawn of the home we bought, and people stop us almost daily to tell us how spectacular it looks. They also planted a beautiful Bougainvillea tree outside our bedroom window so I have another amazing view to wake up to. 🙂

Loved it here Silvia was very attentive and she knows her plants and flowers . She was very patience with my husband and I . The place is beautiful 😊 like it better than williams.
