Does anyone ever get trees that survive? So far we've had one come, looked like a dead stick, followed the instructions and it did nothing. Got a replacement (took forever) and it also never showed any signs of life. Seem like dormant = dead.

This company flat out sucks. Very upset. Embarrassed to have spent the money on dried out fig trees.

I got 4 trees from them: 2 Sugar Maples, a Fantasy Maple, and a Gingko. One Sugar Maple died and the other is barely alive. These were apparently pulled up with a machine (according to their employee), so all they had was tap roots. I got a credit for the one and likely will end up getting a credit for the other one. The other 2 trees were apparently in pots (according to the employee), so they had great root systems and are both doing very well. The 3 berry canes I bought all never lived. I will apply for a credit for them. My best advice is buy from a local nursery where you can actually see the plants before your purchase them.
