It is safe to bring her. You may have to carry her at times, as strollers are not allowed. Be mindful that tours are 1:15 - 1:30 minutes long and there are no breaks to use the bathroom or change diapers. Food is not allowed in the cave, so if she is a frequent eater, she'll have to wait that long for a snack. Thanks!
I would say no; there are some going dark drills when you are in the tour. And you have to carry them around and it is slippery at a lot places.

Yes it is more than safe for any age children, we had one couple with an infant strapped to them in one of those carriers. It can get a little slippery in some areas, but they have rugs to walk on, as long as u stay on em your god to go.
