This RV park is great. The managers are absolutely the best. They go out if their way to help. Off the beaten path, but in a very prosperous area. I love the quite area. Such a fun place to live. My neighbors were nice and so friendly. I miss you all

This park is a hidden gem in the RV world. Mr. Ken is a host that make his customers feel welcomed and appriciated. This park has a feel of home from the first time I talked to Mr. Ken to the day I left. The park is nice and quiet and all of the tennats are friedly and helpful. The communitty is small town America filled with love. If you are ever down in Central Texas you have to stay with Ken

I was looking for a safe place for myself which is close to my son. This park was recommended by a previous tenant. Safe doesn’t even begin to describe how wonderful this park is! I have made lifelong friends. The community here is as welcoming and friendly as where I had my house. The owner is here most everyday. I feel very safe here. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a long term stay. Thanks Ken for providing me a safe and happy place to live!!!

We love this campground! It is country living, well laid out and spacious. The sites are level and large enough for our big rig. The lawns are grassy and not too close to the neighbor. The streets are unbelievably wide. The residents and visitors get together often for barbecue and fellowship. The management is top notch. We come and go, but consider this our home park. It is a short distance to Georgetown, Austin, Hutto and A couple of lakes.

We have a park in Copperas cove and allow pets. How many do you have?
Inside cats are fine, if you can walk your cat on a leash thats fine too.
11 cents per kwh which is cheap. Too many variables, size of RV, how old is it, how efficient are your units, are you there 24/7 or gone part of the day and turn it up some, how cold do you set your thermostat?
RV’s older than 10- years old must be pre- approved with current pictures
