Great local location that is outgrowing it’s location. Georgetown has grown a lot and you can feel it in the store and parking lot. Even when it’s busy the staff here are friendly and the store is organized. It would be nice to have less pre built tool boxes taking up large random aisles though.

Went there today to get paint with my daughter for her bedroom, we picked out the colors we wanted and then went to the paint desk where we were ignored completely. The people 'working' in the area looked right past us and walked off. We stood there holding our sample colors at the order desk for several minutes then finally decided to leave since no one wanted to sell us paint. Too bad this is the only big-box home place near me, but I won't mind driving to Lowes now for anything I might need in the future. And the Sherwin-Williams nearby was more than happy to sell us the paint we needed.

My husband just came home singing the praises of Obed and Laura who work in the Mulch Alley portion of the Georgetown, TX Home Depot. He said it was hot, muggy, humid and the store was very busy. Obed and Laura were very nice & helpful & insisted on loading the mulch he was buying. He tried to help but they would not let him. They had a very positive attitude & thanked him for his business. He said he could not believe how great their customer service was & asked me to please sit down & help him write a review for them. We were not sure where to do it but found the ability to do one through Google so here we are ! He also tried to tip them but they absolutely would not take any money from him. We shop at this Home Depot all the time & usually get pretty good service but he said this is the best service he has ever had there. A big thank you to Obed & Laura for a job well done !! Please pass on his thanks !

I have a love/ hate relationship with Home Depot. Most of the time I can find what I need. The biggest problem is connectivity. It's kinda hard to use the app when you have no signal and usually no wifi. I've also had issues with the site saying items were available and get ther and in actuality they're not. I've placed orders on that assumption and then had orders canceled with no warning until I get there. They best thing going for them is the people. When I find staff, they're always helpful and courteous. This probably the only reason I keep going back...
