The regular tour is pretty simple. I was recovering from a sprained ankle and was worried about it, but it was fine.
Depends on which tour you go on The regular one is easy I did the mid tier one and it was a bit difficult, not well suited to young children or people with physical limitations. They do offer an even harder one where you squeeze through the mud on your belly for several hours. If you want simple and easy the basic tour would be great, paved path with lighting, on the other two tours its unpaved and you only have a flashlight.
