Walk is long, slippery, slow. Lots of standing as well. Rails are available in slick areas. Many suggestions to utilize them. After the long walk you return to the entry tunnel...a very steep climb with rails. Sneakers and work out clothes are a must. At the end of the cavern air is dank. You may start to perspire. But beautiful sights.

Yes its fine for plus size. Just remember your in a cave underground. No sitting some low areas and wet spots. Wear comfy shoes.
