Yes. All are dog friendly. There are campsites that don't accept dogs. I would recommend they be on a leash in the wilderness as there are many critters they would chase after!

A lot of people take their dogs on the trails.

This time of year they will all be dog friendly. There won't be many people on them. Most trails require a leash. I myself would use one on a popular trail or in summer. The last time I went I saw all of one person on the trail. What kind of a dog do you have? Mine is an experienced hiker who comes when called and always stays within 20 feet. If that does not describe your dog think about getting a long rope from a hardware store to keep it on a tether. And bring poop bags. No one wants to step in your dog's mess!
