Depends on the wedding. It's an open park without any amenities besides a few benches and trash cans. If you're going for a low key event and don't mind having strangers around, it's fine. If you're not super concerned about being near the River, I'd suggest looking at Native Park at Park St and Belvedere Ave. It's smaller, but usually has less people and I think the garden design is nicer.
