I saw Dr. Deshmukh and his PA, both who displayed their care and concern for my knee pain. I was comfortable with their diagnosis as well as their treatment plan and I felt at ease after each visit. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that has to be seen for any orthopedic needs. I gave a four star instead of a five star because of a receptionist that obviously doesn’t know, or maybe doesn’t care, how far her voice carries as she was talking to another receptionist about patients complaining about their long wait. It was an unusually busy day, but anyone that sees a specialist should understand that their waits may be long, however, it was quite rude to hear her go on mocking patients. A five star to the providers, most definitely!

CAREFUL! This group (SE ORTHO) is ran like a business, not doctor's office! They get their sales physician's to try to strong arm you into surgery's to/or try keep you as a forever patient. Most important, keep all receipts for years! On my third visit the physician's assistant said my injury was doomed and demanded I get surgery. When I started asking about price/codes and why the 1st visit physician's statement was the opposite, she got very flustered and ended the session. My next appointment the main doctor said I never needed the surgery and was good to go. During the time in-between visits as I was dealing with their "billing team" to find out the expected price and codes to give insurance, I quickly figured how much of an ill practice they run. Here I am years later, realizing that they screwed up all my basic billing.
