YOUR ANIMALS ARE IN DANGER IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS VET! I have been coming here for 10+ years. Now I am officially leaving. It is impossible to see or speak to Dr. Rossi anymore. The front desk staff is a train wreck now. Brought my lab in for an ear cleaning. She could hear fine when I brought her. Picked her up and she was 100% deaf that very day. I’ve spent over $300 in medications and “exams.” No contact from the doctor. Staff could not care less. About 5 of them sitting around doing nothing. I was on hold 10 minutes, and drove there to see them all sitting in the reception area. I believe this was once a good place. However, there is no way that Dr. Rossi is unaware of the disarray in his practice. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS NOW. I have a $300 deaf dog, with no explanation whatsoever. ZERO concern from the staff or the vet. Shameful and unprofessional.

We were so nervous about taking our Bunny Man to the vet. After we filled out the paperwork and spoke with the girls in the office, we knew we'd made the best choice! Great Vet!! The Best in the business with exotic pets!!

We were so reluctant leaving our Rabbit and he was so upset with us but Dr. Rossi's staff was so professional, kind, and caring. They absolutely made me comfortable dropping him off. Dr. Rossi was very thorough and you can tell that taking care of pets (our babies) is a passion instead doing it for the money. Which is an absolute PLUS. I WILL BE TAKING MY ANIMALS HERE FOR NOW ON. Thank you to lady is the front office for being such a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Rossi even gave my fluff a new nickname Guard bunny 😂 we love it

Dr. Rossi was very pleasant and professional. He was very informative about his diagnosis and what I should do to take care of my pet. He answered all of the questions I had and wasn't in a hurry. I would refer him to anyone who has a pet!

Try calling as soon as they open. I had the best luck calling around 7am. It's annoying trying to get a human on the phone during the day.
You need to call them for basic exam prices, but they are a bit pricey for exotics...I just paid almost 400 for my squirrel with a hurt leg & honestly they didn't solve the issue. I was very disappointed. The other animal clinic that looks at those types of animals is the Exotic Bird Hospital.
We will not put down an animal unless it agreed upon by the doctor and owner (or in this case, person who brought in the stray) that it is the most humane choice for that animal.
They have different appointment process now where to leave you dog and they call you back for consultation. They referred me to the animals ER, if I needed something urgent, I suggest you call them
We do see sugar gliders for general wellness exams, nail trims, spay and neutering - pretty much anything you need! (-:

Dr Rossi is a wonderful vet. Prices are based on procedures. He is one of a kind. Even have a signed copy of his book. My son used to do his radio show on WOKV. Really does all pets well.
Dr. Rossi will absolutely do a fecal and other nesscary test, to determine if your gecko has parasites. He's amazing.
