Yesterday a UPS driver was supposed to pick up a package from my neighbor's house, instead they picked up a box of Agricultural Supplies sitting in front of my shed put a shipping label on it and send it off to god-knows-where, I've tried repeatedly to get an actual human on the telephone to sort this mess out but I've had no luck so far oh, today the same UPS driver stopped at my house dropped off two packages meant for my neighbor and still failed to pick up their package, if I don't get some customer support promptly I'm going to file a police report for the stolen Agricultural Supplies from my house, maybe they will get more results than I've been able to so far. Also, just for clarification I have security camera footage of the UPS driver picking up my package and putting the shipping label on it, it was delivered earlier that day by the USPS mailman

Try getting your money when they break your product. First couldn’t sign in wouldn’t allow me to sign up. Try calling someone to walk you through what you need to do. Not everyone can do the no person whatever she is. Some people weren’t born with a computer in their hand. I’ve had 2 claims in my entire life 69. Fed x was easy and fast. USPS was easy and fast Ups wants you to jump through hoops take up your whole day. Your employees are great. The only good thing I can say.
