Yes you can. A lot of people do including myself. The regulars (the dogs, but of course their owners too) are pretty cool and friendly. There is also a dog cleanup station at the trailhead. Have fun!
Yes you can you have to keep your dog on a leash and pick up your dog's poop. Great place to take a dog. I go often with mine
