I would be inclined to say leave it at home, but your best bet is to call ahead ask the the Park Ranger.
I know ATVs are not allowed. I would think that golf cart falls into that line.. my best advice is get there early so you can pick a campsite in between the water and the bathroom...
They dont allow it due to the fact that there is a lot of foot traffic and it can tend to cause trouble not just for other people going but for the animals too. It's best you leave it at home.

I’ve been there four times, and I have never seen a golf cart or something similar, so I think is not allowed to bring that kind of vehicles.
