I know there are places that were pet friendly, regarding dogs on leases, however I dont recall areas regarding horses or trails. That area of the state is known for horse related activities and breeding so if there arent facilities for horses at the area, certainly I would imagine there would be nearby. I'm sorry I couldn't provide more detailed information. On their website I'm sure they have a map with more information.
