The trail around Veteran's Lake is paved.
The trails are gravel. However, as has been stated you can ride on the roads.
There are trails and they are smooth enough for a Bike
No but most of the roads you could ride on, like in the beginning of the park area theres a big loop the speed limit is only 15mph
