They are allowed on a leash, as far as in the water off leash if your pet is not causing any safety issues, they normally let the swimming slide.
Pets must be on leash in areas where allowed. They seem to be allowed into the swimming hole at little Niagra.
In some areas it is, some areas you cannot.
