there is lots of water including a lake in the area i've personally not been bitten by many while there depends on the season. as for poison ivy i have seen some areas with it. but those are more in the wooded trail areas and i've not seen any actually on the trail just off to the side about 10 to 20 feet from trail.
All paths are concrete unless you are in the outdoor village. But there is no over growth in the village so no poison ivy there. No mosquitos this time of year.
Poison Oak & mosquitoes
Few mosquitoes and poison ivy only when you stray from the marked paths.
As long as you stay on the trails and dont stray from the path you should not encounter any poison ivy. Mosquitoes are more of a seasonal issue. They hibernate in temperatures below 50 degrees farenheit, and since they lay their eggs in water, you can count on encountering them during warmer months, considering the area is surrounded by a spring.
