Not on the water. It's more of a camp and hike/bike park.
Cooper's rock is on top of a mountain, but there is cheat river you can raft along. Not sure about camping anywhere other than designated areas.
there IS a campground close & they DO have water!! it's called CHESTNUT RIDGE and it's only a few miles from Cooper's Rocks!!!
