Can I get a permit to access the beach on a Sunday? I am traveling there from Clay County today.

There's a small gas station near the Surf restaurant that sells them cash only 3331 S Fletcher Ave, Fernandina Beach,

you can check at Hall's ..but i doubt you can

There's 3-4 locations that sell the pass. They are convenience stores and open all the time.

At Flash Foods near Harris Teeter on the Island

The best place is next to the surf!!
