If you want to camp on the beach but you don't have a 4wd.. where would you park?
The evening i was there someone had set up a tent. So i think it is allowed. :)

You can camp On the Beach. Need 4 wheel drive but you can buy passes at local stores to drive on the beach and you can set up camp..
If i remember correctly you may need a permit..but check with the city of Fernandina
