That's SO unfortunate, I'm sure as long as you take it back un-eaten(a bite or two missing is fine usually) and explain your issue's they will probably offer to remake or if that's not acceptable to you they may provide a refund but I'm not certain about that because I've never had that problem there. Just be polite but firm and ask to speak to the manager on duty and see what they're willing to do to make it right with you. This is the service industry after all and the customer is supposed to always be right, with in reason of course. Don't ask for a refund if you've eaten the whole pizza, ya know?
It's fine I gave it to homeless people today but lesson learned I dont know if it was to busy for them but I just cant see myself going back I was so excited to eat there to be so disappointed and the drive there was not around the corner you know
