Long wait time horrible banks compare to chase

I had an appointmen 11:30AM but no one there, after 30 minutes I talked with guy they say we will be call you two hours later after five hours I didn’t get call Yes.

40 minute wait in drive thru just to get up to the window to let me know there’s 3 people ahead of me. Both ATMs were not working. They have always been the worst Wells Fargo around.

Wells Fargo I believe is the 3rd largest bank in US. With that said, they r constantly busy. Everywhere u go nowadays have a wait. But the folks here r trying hard to please & accommodate everyone. They need a salute & morale booster. Fantastic job guys. Keep up!

You have to Understand what u want from the banking system..Wells Fargo is a locally marchandised bank where you find what suits you for personal and business service..good enough you are sure of getting standard services from both Tellers and business officials in the banking hall and also the ATMs are fantastic..You shouldn't reget dealing with them..Have been around and can tell the difference..Best of Luck
