The Tuttle Group worked with my realtor and title company to ensure that my closing was successful and there were no surprises. I literally was able to close within 30 days from the date I put a contract on my house. Everything went so smooth. I had heard so many stories about how complicated buying a house is in this market. That was not my experience. The Tuttle Group met with me to explain the whole process and kept me informed through weekly updates sent via email. They set up a portal for me to be able to review, sign, and submit documents. I loved the fact that I was able to pick up the phone and have my questions answered promptly. Andy and Ani took me through my financing options at the start and made sure I was comfortable in knowing I got the best deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle free process and working with a lender who makes you feel secure about the process of purchasing a home.

Andy and his team were great to work with. As a first time home buyer, Andy was able to educate and walk me through every step of the process. He took the time and effort to sit down with me on a regular basis to ensure that I understood process and the breakdown of the money as well as helping me get the best bang for the buck. Andy and his team were also able to set me up with quality service providers as well as having open communication and transparency with my agent. I am grateful for his help and wouldn't recommend any other lender group but his!!!

It was a pleasure working with Andy, Annie DiMarco and Joe Martinez. When I ran into obstacles trying to refinance my mortgage; Andy made an appointment with me on Zoom and explained my options. I told him what I ultimately wanted and he told me if I was willing to put in the work providing them with the required documents they would get it done. At that point everything went as I was told. I highly recommend Andy Tuttle and his team for your mortgage needs.

As a first time home buyer, the Tuttle Group were amazing! They answered all of my questions and made the process very seamless and easy. Any concerns or questions I had, they were very quick to answer and make sure I completely understood. I also appreciated the weekly update so that I knew where we were at in the process and what else needed to be completed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great mortgage company!

Questions & Answers

Once I sign my application, am I committed to borrowing the money?

Great question. Signing the application only authorizes us to go to work for you. You’re not obligated to anything until you sign your closing documents at a title company.

What is the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval?

Unfortunately those terms are used interchangeably in a lot of instances in the market today. Generally, a pre-qualification only verifies credit and uses numbers for income and assets based on what you tell them. The pre-approval typically signifies the lender has verified your credit, income, assets - the works. The way to know for sure is to look at the letter you receive from the lender. If they have verified everything, you will see that clearly indicated on the form. Hope that helps.
