Yes, you can take floats and tubes. You can take a cooler with juices, water and food, just no alcohol and no glass containers. Be sure whatever you take in you pack out and don't leave any trash.
Yes, tubes, pool toys, noodles, etc are allowed BUT it's a trek of stairs & rough-ish terrain to & from the water so beware of taking too much. We made the mistake of overpacking too many pool toys & rolling cooler among towels, sunscreen, etc & it was hell. This year, we're only taking one tube per person & no large cooler. The walk to/from is underrated & I'm in shape. lol

Yes on both. Please pick up after yourself. Beautiful place. They have life vests available. Advice, take backpack or bag cooler. Trail a bit rough for wheeled ones.
