How can the dogs swim or play while leashed?

I go in with my dogs on a longer leash.

Use a longer leash and/ or long rope..attach to dogs collar and let them swim.

Just look for the police officer and then let your dog swim.

There is no limit to how long the leash can be just get you a hundred foot rope.

I saw dogs with no leash in secluded areas

Yes they can swim and play but must remain leashed at all times
